How do I submit a quote request for a new client?
To request a quote from Tellco, you need to submit specific documents, such as the quote form and personnel data, depending on the situation. Your direct contacts are organised by market region to ensure your request is processed quickly and personally.
A good partnership is based on simple and efficient processes. To help you find a suitable pension solution for your clients quickly, we have compiled all the necessary information for requesting a quote for you here.
Your quote request process: Required documents
To create a tailored quote, we distinguish between two scenarios: a company switching from an existing pension fund to Tellco and a pension solution for a new company.
Scenario 1: Takeover quote for existing companies
For a company to switch to Tellco pk, we require the following documents:
- Fully completed quote form
- Personnel data in our Excel template
- Claims trend statement for the last five years (an overview of insurance claims)
- Current list of pensioners (if available, otherwise a brief confirmation)
TIP
You can also find the required templates, such as the quote form and the personnel data Excel file, here: Go to the Download Center
Scenario 2: Quote for new companies
For a newly founded company or a company insuring staff for the first time under the Federal Act on Occupational Retirement, Survivors' and Disability Pension Plans (OPA), the following documents are sufficient:
- Fully completed quote form
- Personnel data in our Excel template
TIP
As soon as we have received all the documents, we will process your request immediately. You can generally expect a response within a few working days. This allows you and your clients to plan quickly.
NOTE
The protection of sensitive client data is our highest priority. All transmitted information is treated as strictly confidential and processed securely in accordance with current data protection guidelines.
