Topping-Out Ceremony Allegra in Wohlen – A Milestone for a Future-Oriented New-Build Project

At Alten Bahnhofstrasse 3 in Wohlen, construction of the new residential and commercial building Allegra is visibly progressing. The traditional topping-out ceremony marked a special moment: the completion of the structural shell. This occasion not only provided an opportunity to acknowledge the progress of the construction, but above all to place the focus on the people who work on the site every day with great dedication. 

A heartfelt thank you to tradespeople and partners

The topping-out ceremony has always been an important milestone in any construction project. For Tellco pk, the owner of the new build, and Tellco Immobilien AG as the responsible real estate service provider, it is also an occasion to express gratitude. Numerous craftspeople from various trades are working on Allegra – many of them closely associated with Tellco for years. Their expertise, reliability and daily precision shape what will later become a home for many people.

During the celebration, planners, specialists, site management and partner companies came together to celebrate the project’s progress to date and to look ahead together to the next construction phase.

Allegra – Central living that brings joy

With Allegra, a modern and versatile residential and commercial building is being created in the heart of Wohlen. On the site of the former doctors’ building, a new development is emerging which is convincing both architecturally and in terms of energy efficiency.

The project includes:

• 53 modern 1½- to 3½-room flats and 3 exceptional 4½-room penthouse flats from CHF 1,380

• A commercial unit on the ground floor

• 44 parking spaces in the underground garage

• A communal rooftop terrace with tea kitchen

• Minergie standard

Particularly noteworthy are the harmonious colour and material concept created by the architects, as well as the intelligent development of the site, which, together with the neighbouring plot, ensures an optimal access situation.

A location with history

The property now known as Allegra looks back on a long past as a doctors’ building. In 2018 it was acquired by Tellco pk. Due to its structural condition, it quickly became clear: to enable contemporary use, a complete new beginning was necessary.

Following the granting of planning permission in August 2022, demolition in spring 2023 and intensive planning work, construction of the new building began and is now steadily approaching completion.

Next steps and outlook

Anticipation is growing, as the project website allegra-wohlen.ch will go live in January 2026. It will offer interested parties comprehensive information as well as a virtual 360° tour of a show flat.

From April 2026, a furnished show flat can be visited on site. The flats will be ready for occupancy from October 2026.

A joint project, a shared success

The topping-out ceremony impressively demonstrated how many people are involved in Allegra and how important collaboration is. The new building will be a vibrant place for singles, couples and small families – central, modern, sustainable.
