When do we need a limited power of attorney?
Within the scope of the insurance benefits to be provided by Tellco pk, we need a limited power of attorney for case management. This covers the individual support and care of insured persons in the pension fund, particularly in the event of prolonged absences due to illness or accident. Our team will support you so that you receive the best possible rehabilitation and can return to work more quickly.
Procedure for granting a limited power of attorney
- Fill out the form Limited power of attorney (PDF).
- Send us the form by postal mail. You will also find the address on the form.

The form also explains how you can authorise Tellco and its partners SWICA and Mobiliar to obtain important information from insurance companies and doctors in order to evaluate your incapacity for work. The aim is to provide you with optimum support in the event of illness or an accident and to help you reintegrate into working life. By signing this form, you grant us permission to share these documents to ensure a smooth process and to provide you with the best possible support.
