Schwyz, 2nd of April – Tellco Bank announces Mr. Constantin Papadimitriou as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tellco Bank Ltd., a position he previously held. This appointment is subject to the completion of the standard regulatory approval processes.
Following a period as Group CEO at Tellco Ltd., during which he contributed to the strategic leadership and development of the Group, Mr. Papadimitriou will focus his mandate on the governance and oversight of Tellco Bank AG in his capacity as Chairman of the Board. This change reflects the Group’s continued commitment to strong corporate governance, clear allocation of executive and supervisory responsibilities, and regulatory best practice.
The Board of Directors of Tellco Ltd. thanks Constantin Papadimitriou for the important contributions he made to the strategic direction of the Tellco Group in his role as Group CEO, and are pleased that, subject to regulatory approval, he will continue to contribute with his experience and deep knowledge as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tellco Bank Ltd.
Mr. Papadimitriou has over 35 years of experience in senior leadership roles in the financial industry, with extensive expertise in asset management, wealth management, and real estate, and has been a Board Member of Tellco Bank Ltd. since 2022.
