Positive building permit decision for the Heinrich-Areal in Zurich

A positive building permit decision has been issued for the residential and commercial project on the Heinrich-Areal in Zurich. The project, developed by Tellco Real Estate Ltd. for Tellco Investment Foundation, has thus reached an important milestone on the path towards realisation.

In the immediate vicinity of the viaduct arches, a forward-looking project is being created in Zurich, combining modern residential space, attractive commercial areas and sustainable urban development. The plans include 106 modern apartments as well as around 2,000 m² of commercial space.
