Effective 1 July 2026, Tellco pk appointed a new Investment Committee for a five-year term of office. The highest priority of this reorganisation is to strengthen investment governance - as the basis for a professional, return-oriented and long-term investment process. To this end, the newly formed committee brings together proven specialist expertise in institutional asset management, real estate investment, governance/compliance and investment advisory, thereby strengthening the professional oversight of Tellco pk's pension assets.
The Investment Committee advises the Foundation's supreme governing body on all investment matters, determines the portfolio's tactical positioning, monitors the implementation of the investment strategy and assesses performance and risks. It also prepares proposals and recommendations for the Foundation's supreme governing body. The members of the newly constituted committee were deliberately selected with a sustainable and long-term focus. It may call upon additional external experts where required.
Composition
The Investment Committee comprises three independent external specialists and two representatives of the official administrator, WTW AG. An external member serves as chair. The term of office runs from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2031.
