On Friday, 9 May 2025, the time had finally come: we celebrated the opening of our new location in Lugano at Via Serafino Balestra 9 – another milestone in our long-standing presence in Ticino. Under glorious sunshine and in a relaxed atmosphere, we had the pleasure of experiencing this special moment together with our clients, partners, and friends.

People at the Centre: Personal Encounters and Engaging Conversations
The evening began with a warm apéritif, which not only provided the ideal setting for conversations but also encouraged personal interaction and exchange. Andrea Bianchi, Head of Market Region Ticino, welcomed the guests and emphasised the importance of this new location for the further development of Tellco in the region. He was supported by his colleagues Merlinda Maliqi and Selina Gisler.
We are particularly pleased that Sébastien Délétroz, Head of Sales Romandie, Head of Market Region French-Speaking Switzerland, was also present. Thanks to his personal connection to Ticino, he was able to offer a unique perspective on the development of Tellco and shared valuable insights into the future direction of the region.
Of course, Heinrich Bruhin, Head of Pension Provision, was also in attendance. He expressed his enthusiasm about the growing interest in our solutions and services in Ticino – a development we aim to further advance with this new location.

With the opening of the new location in Lugano, we are fulfilling our promise to be closer to our clients – both geographically and personally. The new location enables us to respond even better to the individual needs of our Ticinese clients and to offer tailored solutions in the areas of occupational pensions and banking services. The personal contact and the trust we have enjoyed in the region for many years will be further strengthened here.
