The liquidation took place in connection with the withdrawal of a major anchor investor from the products concerned. Against this background, the fund management decided to close the funds and liquidate them in an orderly manner.

The decision is not related to performance or market movements, but to the structural change resulting from the withdrawal of a significant investor. All assets within the fund are liquid or are now being sold in an orderly manner on the market as part of the liquidation, or have for the most part already been sold.

The decision was taken by the fund management based on regulatory requirements in order to ensure an orderly wind-down in the best interests of all investors.

The full current value (100%) of the fund units will be returned to investors. The liquidation of the funds is already underway, and initial payments have already been made. The majority of the payout will be completed within the next two weeks. The remaining amount will be transferred upon completion of the liquidation.
