TellcoTALK 2026 in Zurich was a great success: numerous distribution partners, a packed hall and an atmosphere that showed just how great the interest is in current developments and practical topics in occupational pensions.
The day was hosted by Florian Inhauser, the well-known SRF Tagesschau presenter, who guided the programme with plenty of charm and wit, creating exactly the right mix of professionalism and ease.
An eventful day
TellcoTALK focused entirely on topics that are currently of particular concern to our industry: developments at Tellco pk, the role of real estate in the investment environment, corporate health management – and, last but not least, the question of what significance Artificial Intelligence will have for our working world in the future.
Alongside the presentations and discussions, the day was above all one thing: a valuable opportunity for personal exchange. During the flying lunch and apéritif, discussions were lively and the dialogue continued.
Introduction of the Tellco pk sales team and sales support
The opening was the introduction of the Tellco pk sales team and sales support by Heinrich Bruhin, Head of Pensions and Member of the Executive Board.
This was not only about names and responsibilities, but above all about a shared understanding: partnerships thrive on closeness, reliability and clear points of contact. All the more important, therefore, was showing participants how Tellco actively supports sales and what resources and expertise stand behind it.
Recap and outlook: developments around Tellco pk
Following this, Granit Kabashi, Head of Sales German-Speaking Switzerland and Ticino, gave an overview of the current developments around Tellco pk.
The review of the past year showed how positively the PRO and PULSE pension solutions were able to hold their own in a challenging market environment. The outlook made it clear: the coming months will bring opportunities, but also demanding questions. A clear positioning and continuous dialogue with partners and customers therefore remain all the more important.
Real estate instead of bonds? A practical perspective
Another exciting part of the programme was the presentation by Christa Janjic-Marti, Head of Executive Management of the Tellco Investment Foundation, on the topic: “Real estate instead of bonds?”
Especially in a challenging investment environment, this question is more relevant than ever. Christa Janjic-Marti provided practical insights into what plays a role in such portfolio decisions and how real estate investments can act as a stabilising building block depending on the starting position. The subsequent discussions showed how present the topic is and how valuable concrete classifications from practice are.
Corporate health management (CHM): a topic that is becoming increasingly important
With Ana Costa, Team Leader CHM at Tellco pk, the focus then shifted to a topic that is becoming increasingly important in many companies: Corporate Health Management (CHM).
The focus was on practical inputs and the question of how CHM can be meaningfully considered and implemented today – not just as a “nice-to-have”, but as real support for companies and employees. The contribution made it clear: health in the workplace is no longer a marginal topic, but a central factor for stability, performance and sustainable employer attractiveness.
AI keynote by Benjamin Bargetzi: food for thought for the future
To close, Benjamin Bargetzi (tech pioneer, author and neuroscientist) delivered a keynote on Artificial Intelligence, providing a firework of fresh perspectives.
AI is developing rapidly and it no longer only affects tech companies. The talk impressively showed what impact AI can have on ways of working, decision-making processes and how we deal with knowledge. The focus was not on abstract future scenarios, but on concrete food for thought and a realistic view of what is already possible today and what is needed to use AI sensibly.
Flying lunch, apéritif and personal conversations
Alongside a content-rich programme, the personal side was not neglected either. The flying lunch and apéritif provided the right setting for conversations, follow-up questions and new contacts.
This is exactly what makes TellcoTALK: specialist input with added value and space for encounters on equal footing.
A big thank you to all participants
We would like to sincerely thank all distribution partners and guests who made TellcoTALK 2026 in Zurich a successful event – for taking part, the exciting questions and the open dialogue.
We look forward to continuing this exchange in the future and taking the next steps together.
