Has a death occurred?

Our sincere condolences. Losing valued employees is hard and it requires you to take care of a whole host of things all of a sudden.

Procedure in the event of death

Via postal mail/e-mail: 

1. Fill out the form Notification of death (PDF).
   Note: For temporary employees, please complete the form Notification of death of a temporary employee (PDF).
2. Send us the form by postal mail. You will also find the address on the form.
